Are you sure though that those accounts are shilling? I just checked Satoshi Club telegram group, and it seems that every few days they are promoting new project (for example today they made ANN thread for  Dash so they organize AMA, and choose few questions from the announcement thread. I have to check a bit more to see what's going on there before adding them.
