I just checked Satoshi Club a bit and it seems that every few days they are promoting new project (for example today they made ANN thread for Dash so they organize AMA, and choose few questions from the announcement thread (that might be even against forum rules, as it could be seen as giving incentive for writing in ANN thread)
I have to check a bit more to see what's going on there before adding them.

They are using same accounts for asking questions, but I did not dig deeper in telegram so I cant confirm.
Maybe there is some incentive, as they write several consecutive post (later edited or deleted by moderators)
