So as I said I would post an update, I got a response within minutes of posting in the this chat, which in retrospect is nice but at the same time it shouldn't have come to that at all.
They should have had an open line of communication ANY GOOD BUSINESS WOULD
Here is the email I just received I have not been given a time frame which I did respond and ask for because 5 days is outrageous to get ones money my bank doesn't even do that.

Their response is really delayed here. I understand if they have some issues with their dash wallet.
But getting a response on what is happening on their side is like waiting in vain.
They should have fast support on this, even just telling you that they have issues on their end.
Anyway, hopefully they will stick to their promise to you.
It is good thing that they have thread here, if somebody got any problem, they can always post in transparency here.
And I don't think they will destroy their reputation by simple problem that can easily be resolved.
Fixing Dash wallet can't take so much time, it's just another case when we all see WixiPlay is totally unprofessional
