GenesisOne is currently developing both our global CyberLottery system (including custom GenONE Lottery), global professional sports wagering system and virtual casino as well as our NeoGenesis Exchange and wallet offering new opportunities for algorithmic and quantitative trading, option trading on stock, commodity, currency, cryptocurrency trade pairs. These systems are already in phase two development and will continue forward with completion toward the end of October/beginning of November.
These are the first forays into our global initiatives that will allow for maximum exposure and penetration facilitating future projects and investments.

Our structure is such that we are operating like traditional venture capital funding rounds whereby we have a seed round/Pre-ICO and following that up with a more global inclusive round, our Series A funding - ICO. There are future rounds planned at each completion stage of designated projects illustrating our minimum viable products for that funding stage. At each juncture tranches of GenesisOne will be made available to facilitate individual investment into our programs for future dividend rewards.
During our Pre-ICO, we raised over $1 Million USD through various sources in order to bring our platform to market.

In the blockchain/crypto & finance space, developing a platform takes time. The roadmap you see starts off with our Pre-ICO; our seed stage investment cycle. But that doesn’t mean that is the start of GenesisOne.
GenesisOne is an undertaking that has been planned, strategized and action steps put into place over the past 18 months. GenesisOne is not a finished product but to date a collaboration between like minded individuals who see the need and greater good that can be achieved by creating a new paradigm for doing business.

Lastly, we are already registered and licensed in Estonia, Singapore, Panama, Malta, and establishing in the UAE, Hong Kong, and later on in the US.
As for the structure implemented for our seed round, we were approached by early stage seed investors who invested in us and our platform through convertible debt which allows us greater flexibility in financing and for their chosen exit strategies.

$1m USD, really? That's great but can you share the contract address that raised funds during Pre-ICO? Roadmap is starting from May 2020. Was there anything before the team has spent the time on? Because everything you say is on a piece of paper and a MVP at this point of time must be there. Don't you think the same? No offence or criticism intended.
