Just checked the leaderboard again and there are now 5 winners on the list. Current total prize listed for those 5 winners is 2820XRP means. It seems that the prize distribution keeps on changing once there is additional player who wager with XRP. So I think the prizes will be split to all players who are wagering with XRP. Lets say there are 30 players wager some XRP then the prizepool will be split among those 30 players with different percentage based on the position.

Yes, most of the casinos have such pattern of prize pool. Casineos too seems to follow the same, because if the first three or five were rewarded it won't be fair and the rest will be disappointed. Everyone will be risking their funds to increase the wager and win the competition. In the event of increasing the wager there will be losses. Maybe the first twenty or thirty need to be distributed with the prize.
