This is an open forum for cryptocurrencies, and I think he has the chance to ask something he does not know or willing to know about. Besides bounties is part of the forum for a very long time, that's where most of us go into when we knew that you could earn from participating discussion while wearing a signature, But OP you should have read first before asking about this coz we already have a bunch of topics like this that will give you all of the answer that you need. You can ask things, but make sure that it will make sense especially when it is quite easy to answer.

This is an open forum and we cannot avoid having a person who is unaware of things that rotates around here in the forum. I guess you should talk about the admins on having bounties here in the forum.
