That's an awful experience, maybe they don't have any active person on their support? Did you try to reach them up here? Their account is active today so maybe you can get an answer if you send them a pm.

If still no answer its really best to post a scam accusation report so that they will be alerted to solve your issue ann also to warn others about what you experience on their website.

I just saw that scam accusation which he raised against them. I am just quoting his post here where he told that he won almost half a bitcoin which is really amazing. I hope his issue is resolved and he get his payment soon.
