Having a high rank here plays a big role when promoting or managing a project but still aside from having a high rank we still get into consideration the project he promoted, we need to do a keen observation and analyze the project capability and the team behind the project.

I completely do agree with you, rank doesn't matter most aside from that people would be more interested in the project. Because at the end you analyze the project by researching it from every angle and after that, we would come to a conclusion. If the project is good then people don't care about profiles rank.
