You can't fake this. I've filled for LLCs before. Plus, If he wanted to pull off a scam, he would not have even tried to launch last night and just ran away. What's the point of wasting time trying to re-launch again tonight and getting everything right except for the block rewards? Scammers run right after they get your money. I think he's just embarrassed to tell everyone now that he screwed up with his poor choice of devs.

Or maybe you should dodge business like the plague. Anyone at anytime can file for an LLC with any address you want just fill it in..there is no background check and no fact checking. Also, LLC's have managing members not CEO's.
