This is what actually happen to me , I need to manage my money and needed to funds other things so that my family will not hunger and we will have an emergency fund, for now since I am not a full time gambler ,I am not thinking to it now, I need to prioritize this things over my necessities.

I think you should stop counting how much you've bet and how much you had lose, so that you will not having regret, when we gamble we need to bet the money that are not came from our emergency fund or to our savings , it should have other budget.
