Just because of one person not trusting you, you say the system is broken? You also have issues Giving Merits to my fellow citizen, why is that? First of all I'm a source for a Local Board, secondly, I don't ask them to use their Merits on me, just look at our board now, I rarely give my sMerits due to lack of activity.

if the whole forum is complaining then the admin will try to fix it. but if there's only 1-10 user/s are complaining then there's nothing wrong about it
