These situations are normal after bitcoin price touch the new ATH for temporary, and the price now is making a correction, and then the price will start another rally to the high price. You can place your order buy at that price, but don't use all-in to buy the bitcoin, and try to make more than 1 order buy, so if the price is going down for more, you will have a chance to buy more bitcoin at a low price.
