Authorities are moving too slow.

This is my point as well authorities doing all things very slow which is not good and fair they must do some fast as victims are suffering badly lawyers taking fees and liquiders also taking some good fees but we are in not good condition as we are going down badly day by day.

If authorities will fasten up their jobs and someone will be sued for this incident for sure the other scammers will be afraid since there's a sample scammer got jailed for their crimes done. But I don't really think there's a fast justice on this since provably the authorities get a hard time for sueing the accused person and gathering the evidence to support the case.
