Ah yes sadly i'Ve tried those already, also tried to uninstall and reinstall

i always got same message:

autoconf-archive is already the newest version (20150925-1).

pkg-config is already the newest version (0.29.1-0ubuntu1).

Could it be possible that it uses the wrong version? Do you know please which version are required for the coin?
