As advised, our developers are 100% aware of this situation and have decided to allow the tournaments to continue running in order to better understand the systematical behavior that is causing this to happen.
Nonetheless, please keep in mind that no further information will be required in order to continue this investigation and no further updates are to be provided in regards to its progress.
If our team is able to correct this issue or rather decide to disable these tournaments, either temporarily or permanently, rest assured they will proceed to do so.

At least they admit of being aware of the situation and have consent in the past tournaments,though it is already closed formally(if your info is correct and legit that the message comes from the support )
