The formula is simple invest in top quality coins from the top may be 50 coins in the market and it is always better to have a balanced portfolio. Btc, Eth, Ada, Neo, Waves, Icx, dot, xrp, xlm, tron are some of the most wanted and held coins. While if you can afford high risk high reward new coins you can do that too but try to get the best looking projects with right ingredients.

sorry, but i don't see how good these altcoins you mentioned can be except ETH.

Neo bad performance, I wonder if there is anyone who bought Neo when the price was 150 $ and still keeps holding it to this day

Waves Is another altcoin that has a bad performance, reached 0.002 BTC and today is at 0.0002BTC

both neo and waves have lost their luster in the market. eth is definitely a valuable one to watch out for. but as the OP is asking for suggestions, i guess he should do his own evaluation as well. because a lot of users will suggest something that they have vested interest on. but if he is seriously investing, he should make his own list and what will be the advantages on his part.
