I would say those are bullshit bounty in this market. They offer the listed bounty at the exchange, but the price collapses many times after the bounty ends. In the end, the budget for bounty is only a few thousand dollars but thousands of people participate in it

Most of the bounties will end as a scam, I am seeing them from 2017 which I have worked my campaign, which seems to be very innovative and later they get into the scam without any activity from the team, after fund raising. While working we shouldn't expect any returns because even though we get bounty some time there is no value for it.
