If cryptocurrency is banned or illegal in Bangladesh, it would~~n't~~ be dangerous if someone would try to teach people about using bitcoin or other cryptocurrency as an investment because they could be imprisoned and take away their money. I think the OP should take some time for their government to change their minds to continue your mission teaching people about crypto.
