Can we have community vetted bounty by a having the thread which rate the bounties and try to find if it's scam or genuine, this way forum members will get benefit.

the community I think it doesn't matter. Besides, the bounty hunter here is also active. they put up a signature and I think there will be lots of people in the forum who know about the project. Everyone certainly makes an analysis, but sometimes not many people dare to publish the analysis that has been made. only some people I think they care about the forum which does tell everyone the forum via threads.
