Your support e-mail should include the following:

Coin
Amount Withdrawn
Withdrawal address
approximate time UTC
Transaction ID

point out that the transaction does not show up on the blockchain, and was never received.

Sorry you're having trouble with Cryptsy, however, there is nothing anyone in this thread can do about it as we are not Cryptsy.
