If we only wait until the virus has been all cleared out, how people can survive while they don't have money or run out of the money. They need to try to do many things to survive.

Perhaps, after the government reopens gambling and reopen tourism, many people come to that city, making people think about what they can do in the new normal. Let say in the first month, the income from gambling, tourism, traveling, and another business is not clear. But the government can evaluate what will happen in the next month while the government still prevents the new case of Covid-19.

In the long run, yes I guess it may help for more people from other cities to come here for gambling and other fun related things but what it is going to help especially still the covid 19 is not over yet and casinos itself will be facing lot of problems in the expenses and number of people can enter into their space due to social distancing causes and much more.

I think the casino will manage or arrange their place so it will suit with the regulations, and they can use social distancing in their casino. At least, I am sure that all casino which reopens will try their best to protect people, and they are still giving the best services to people. With cooperation from the government as the regulator, the casino will have a new look in this pandemic, and people will not have a problem to follow every step from the casino to make sure they are clean to enter their place.
