No fees will be charged on customers' Bitcoin payments. To pay with Bitcoin, all you have to do is download a special software or application to create a digital wallet.
Here the thing is if we are going to download an application and create a new wallet, how can we trust this wallet and make sure all our funds are safe is the application backed by any organization? or do we need to pass kyc before using the application or not?
