There are many type licenses you have to prepare it. you should know how many users do you have are located in a restricted area. If you look at Curacao license; they have exception like; Jurisdictions which allow only licensing for online gambling operators but do not allow them to provide services within the country, but they impose no restriction on any foreign license holders to operate. there is no pop-up notification when registering users must use a capital letter in front of the username.
