what i see is the clock speed s about rx 580 pulse is 100 mhz higher than rx 570 pulse ,how much difference does is it make in hashrates ,

For ETH mining, the memory frequency is important, not the GPU. By default, it is larger for 580 (8000vs7000). But the memory chip manufacturer is also important. According to reviews, the 580 has Hunix chips, and the 570 has Samsung. Samsung is better.

I only have RX 580 Nitro + and special editions, I tour between 33 and 34Mhs with the two models, but I just tested an RX580 pulse OC, I got a good result with 32.400MH / s
I advise you to take 580 at Saphire and if you can Nitro + model

concerning the memory I have no difference between samsung and micron / hynix
