I'm not saying "Local Exchange" was bad.

However, it all depends on trading also the reason you are using the local exchange if you just do want to trade then better to stay or choose an exchange with a good volume trading and liquidity. But when you have some chance to cash out the money into your bank account then you can choose the local exchange to cashout, I'm thingking too all local exchange just for a cashout service not really constantly trading with big amount money/store your money into the exchange.

The reason because local exchange have a small liquidity, small balance management and volume when there has some case hacked on their exchange. The company or exchange platform 80-90% cannot giving back the loses money, that's why don't want to put or leaving my money into local exchange.
