80watt vs 120watt in the RX580 looks interesting. But for the price of one 5500XT you can buy 2 RX580, it's worth thinking about. The choice between them will depend on the cost of electricity (W/$) for a particular miner.

You're confusing the 5500XT with the 5600XT which is less than double the RX580. 5500XT and RX580 are within $20 of each other barring AIB fancy coolers.

I'm sorry, I made a little mistake, but I didn't confuse the video cards. I judge by the local "second-hand" market. 580 = ~130$, 5500XT = ~220$

Second hand market will always have weird pricing because of warranties and so forth. The 580 could be 3+ years old with no warranty and the 5500XT could have almost 3 years warranty left. From a hash perspective they're about the same, from an energy the 5500xt is better but not for double the cost in your market. I would hate to see how much 5700xts are.
