For what purpose? Russian members don't discuss local feedback because they are too busy selling their signatures. It would be nice if bob123 would reconsider its decision and remove the negative tag. I think this is caused by difficulties in translating from Russian to English and taken out of context. If bob123 thinks otherwise, it can replace the negative feedback with a neutral one, because it doesn't deserve a negative tag.
