Coinbase wallet not "Coinbase" nor "Coinbase pro". Because Coinbase nor Coinbase pro is custodial wallet (exchanges)
Use BIP39 [1] fill your seed and enter the derivation path, you'll get your private key. For more information read this

I did not encounter technical support on Coinbase, but in a similar situation on another exchange 2 years ago, I was returned tokens, technically this is possible, but only through technical support.
