The very first topic I would understand if it was deleted as on that post I did not make the obvious relation to crypto, and it is a rule in the Pinoy subforum.
However the second I made it so obvious(to the point almost being sarcastic). Of how it can be related to bitcoin.

Example are those who find it almost impossible to get to work/school/whatever because of the restrictions in transportation. This project would let deserving pinoys to borrow a bicycle from the program, and whenever they are able to get back on their feet or restrictions ease up, would return the bicycle for others to be able to use it.

It has gained quite an attention but not to the bitcoin community. I tried to, but maybe it's best not to.

the mod probably also considered the post as "begging"(which is agaisnt forum rules) or the mods assumed the second post is identical to the first one they deleted which was off topic.
