Does anyone knows what "Restricting the stake withdrawal address" means? I saw is one of the hardfork features.
This means that when you kill your identity the amount of coins in stake could be sent to any address such as the address of the exchange. But as it is not a "normal" transaction these coins do not reach the exchange, now it is limited to your own address only.
hmm this "feature" was implemented for some time, I know I killed my identity once and the only address I could send the coins was mine.
