Changelly and Chagenow both(!?) are offering affiliate programs, they give you the API, you configure your website and you earn a percentage of the fees they charge the client, a sort of referral system. This is what this website is also doing, they are not actually an exchange but a sort of whitelabel site.
Bottom line, nothing interesting about it, crapy design and very slow generation time for the exchange addresses, I guess something is pretty bad configured in that API since I got a timeout connection.

Everything connects well. Perhaps because of your location, there are some delays .. Yes, it is built on the API. But this is an honest business. The API suppliers give us a percentage of the transaction. That is, we do not take anything more from you. You laugh at the young project, it is so easy. More like trolling.
