I doubt this will happen even though Conor says it will and Manny's camp seem to suggest they're working on it.

As far as progress reports are concerned, I'll give 80% chance that the fight will happen.

We have to take note that Pacquiao is eyeing to share the majority of his profit on this fight to the charity and McGregor is a best pick for that in terms of "entertainment purposes". If Pacquio is looking for another milestone on his career, he should instead pick another boxer but since he has a purpose of giving hand to the PH community who got struck by the pandemic, I think he believes McGregor can boost PPV sales.

Not really a big deal for me if this fight will happened or not. Pacquiao is serious when picking a boxer for his own reason. For now, his charitable work will be his priority why this fight should happen.
He had swallowed his pride as a boxer and did decide to fight off for another fighter which isnt on boxing related. For some there might be criticism yet he had tarnished out his pride as a true boxer and just
do these kind of in-cross sports fight but basing on his aim and goal then people will surely understand. It would really be a big help specially now that people are suffering from pandemic situation.
80% chance for it to happen is already a good indication that this will push through. We do only need some final words or announcement on when this fight will happen.
Having these Legendary fighters on both Boxing and MMA will surely boost up PPV sales.

Completely understandable as he do have a good reason to pursue this fight, it will be more on profits taking now, promoters and each camps needs to agree with the payments that they'll be sharing after the fight.

Not much in the titled but more on beneficiary fight for Pacquiao, majority of he's shared will be used to help more people
who are continuously suffering from this hardship.

He's doing things to extend his help allowing every open opportunities to grab up and use as supplementary for his goodwill.

Yeah i do understand the motive which i do have the same view as well as he do this fight for helping out people who are in need. For now he didnt care much about other fights that would give even more better opportunity
specially on that GGG rumor fight aiming for the 9th division belt.Instead he do go for a fight on which he do saw that it might generate even more sales but to look against GGG it would really still give out some decent PPV sales because we have seen that everytime that Manny Pacquiao do had a fight then you can really expect that there would be lots whom do love to watch. For now it might be different since we arent on the normal days
but they can still make out some money of it.
