Appreciate your response. Can absolutely appreciate that, but as mentioned in the OP, our project has been operating since 2018 and only now have we decided to launch our own token. Our project is not at ICO or anything similar, the token will have value from day 1 and will be available to be staked, swapped, held and spent.

No, we will pay the manager in Bitcoin, Ethereum, Link. Or even Pounds, Dollars or Euros.
