I posted about this 6 posts away before you posted this question. If you want the game to use USD value then use other currency except BTC, you can switch it on the top right corner
It actually has minimum size of $0.1 on most of the slots. Depends on which currency do you switch to while you open the slots. If you are currently choosing bitcoin, it will shows as minimum of 0.2 mbtc but if you switch to the other currency then it will be displayed in USD value instead and you can play with smaller bet amount.
