User 'CryptoManiaks' is a newbie, but your options are set such that you cannot receive PMs from newbies. Therefore, you cannot send PMs to newbies, either.

You might want to show the dates for when it was published/last updated.

Not all articles include a date of publication/update, right. Due to the vast quantity and the constant updating information, it may result in that.
