That's no secret in my opinion, but the first is easy said than done, because not many of gamblers has huge bankrolls most of them even loan just to take back what they've lose. The second, is really illogical, because gamblers either bet to earn. So inevitably they'll want to recover their lose funds in order to make profit and not just stalemate. Meaning losing nothing but also gain nothing.
I believe that the biggest and most important aspect of sports betting is the awareness to cash your winnings as soon as you win anything significant because myself I have been carried away by wins and I just keep on betting and my bets size gets bigger with each and ultimately a good night of betting suddenly turns into a terrible one just because I got carried away by wins and thought I might end up winning 1 BTC tonight.
Apart from cashing your profits also make sure when you win any bet you do not bet all the won amount on next bet itself because this is a common practice people use, they win money and then they think like they got the license to loose it all now but remember it was your own money and you are loosing it one a single bet.
