This is disheartening and sad experience, what we ought to believe u-turned and shattered our plans, many projects aren't really different from each other with exit scams and change of road map. We can only keep trying and till we hit the final destination jackpot.
The unforseen circumstances in cryptocurrency space can never be negligible, that's why we need to be cautious of what project to invest. If the team is standing behind the project you can still hold, watch out for the development and if otherwise, there is a stop limit for everyone. Sell and move on, there are other projects that may help you recover if you do a proper research.
