There is no grantee that these panels provide genuine subscribers. Most of the them will provide fake subscribers and watch time which can drop any moment and it will hurt your channel in the long run.

You should focus on the content and try to get organic watchtime/subscribers. In case you still want to buy i would suggest to search on fiverr instead of these panels. There are many people who are offering this service on fiverr and you can also see the reviews before making a deal with them.

The post you quoted and replied it seems you are telling these to me. Anyway, you are right that thee re is no grantee that they will provide genuine subcriber/likes/dislikes/watch times etc. Better OP may check any freelancer from fiverr, freelancer, upwork etc.

Maybe these things work in the past but currently the YouTube algorithm is smart and it detects all these non-organic services.
