This maybe true if you have a large bankroll but for the small or medium gamblers, this strategy is very risky. If you keep on putting more money in to gambling after continuous loss, there may a chance that you still don't win and keep losing. Many gamblers have become bankrupt because they keep on investing in gambling with a hope to win big, which never happened for them.

Investing and Betting is different thing though there are gambling site that offers investing also that you can gain percentage depends on how much the site earn or profit.
But also you are correct in bankruptcy is really one way of some businessman closing their Business,
I have known someone who is a good Businessman for years but when He learn gambling and got hook unto this?
Now His business is already closed and He from a rich living is now a normal employee who earns minimum per day.
