I saw the Cloudbet thread (and they do have good odds and volume) but they don't accept bettors from my country (in their terms they forbid betting from US, UK).

I placed my bet a while ago on Sportsbet.io. It doesn't have the Trump and Biden options, but you can bet on the party winning the presidential elections, and given that the candidates have already been chosen, it's basically the same thing IMO. Moreover, in case, say, Trump doesn't make it due to COVID-19 or something like this, the main competitors will still be those of the Democratic and the Republican Party, so this bet feels safer than the bet on names. My bet is active, but when trying to place a new bet I can see that betting on this event is currently suspended. I don't know if it's a temporary measure in this case. You can still bet on the winning state, though. For that you can start typing in the search 'US presidential...", and you'll see the options.
