Yeah, and as far as I know, the campaign has already ended, that's safe to say that sir yahoo does not need to handle the users of Gandom.
Though users can try to reach sir yahoo, but be mind that he is not required to answer the inquiries or problems/issues that Gandom users are facing.
Best thing to do is to email them, connect to their live chat to talk to their support team.
Campaign managers are for managing campaigns only (most of the time), unless they hired for some task also.
