Locking the thread is not the best solution, that would not give a good image for cloudbet, instead the best way to keep this thread clean is to report to the moderators the unnecessary posts, they'll evaluate it and delete if proven.

I got your point and it's a good idea but if Cloudbet or any of his representative will not give answer the guy could just go on posting and if the decision is not in favour of the complainant he will just continue posting anything here to the point that it will become redundant, I hope Cloudbet will come out a fair decision
