the secret to completing a challenge. is to stop calling it a challenge.
That's the thing. It's called challenge, like a dare that says you can by telling you you can't. I don't know if your getting it but what I'm trying to say is that, there is no part of the word challenge that says, your never going to over come this. Challenges are rather a motivation, a bumpy part that leads to even greater heights and as well, it stands to be a barrier for those that don't have the qualities and potential to attain and sustain that greatet height because, even when attained, it could also drag you down.

thats the point though. thinking of a challenge as a barrier. makes people not even play the game. however think of a challenge as a game. they would atleast try to play the game

hense my meaning of think of it as a game. because all games are challenges but without the mindset that the risk is more then the reward

i know its easier said then done. but its about taking small steps. like if you prefer to lay in bed. and think its a challenge to convince yourself to get out of bed, get dressed and walk to the corner store..
dont stress over the 3rd step and all thats involved in it. just take step one.. get out of bed.
once you realise that it hasnt killed you to get out of bed. you will do it more often.
then one of those times put some clothes on. again it hasnt killed you.

dont just get out of bed if there is no purpose. no 'win' no goal. set a goal if there isnt or see further goals like going to the corner store to atleast achieve the first step
accept the success of it.

again its not about walking 1km to the store. its about setting a goal to get to a signpost 100m away and treat yourself with a mental 100token credit.
try to earn 1000 tokens in the least time you can comfortable earn 1000tokens

set yourself a goals of for each minute it takes divide the tokens by 2
meaning if it takes 20 minutes thats 2000/20=100
meaning if it takes 10 minutes thats 2000/10=200
and set yourself a reward. EG a foodtreat or something if you get 200

this is not jsut to motivate you. nor just to entertain you. but to keep your mind distracted by this game and not thinking of other things
EG if your busy picking a sign post 100m away, and then looking at your watch to measure out 60 seconds to get 1km in 10mins. then you are distracting yourself by 10 seconds of the 60 seconds. thus 16% less time thinking about any negatives

during this 100m game fill them 60 seconds with  distractions of +1 token if you see a blue car. or a magpie bird.

what you realise when you get to the corner store is your soo distracted with winning mental tokens you arrived at your destination without negative thoughts
