Your post is ambiguous. Even if what you're saying is true which is very unlikely, many would still tag it as a scam just because you didn't explain well enough. You should know that, with a post like that this, there will arise several questions such as
* is the 20% fixed return on a monthly or yearly basis?
* what exactly is the investor investing?
* if you promise 20% ROI, what then is your gain from all these?
I think if you explain well enough, you might be able to find some interested peeps.
Concerning guaranteed money, I do not think there's any guaranteed money anywhere. Many have promised such already and it only ended as a scam

1. The 20% fixed return is on a yearly basis. And the purchase and redemption can be made anytime as investors like.
2. It is a Quantitative Fund, and when investors are investing in it, the team will help them arbitrage from the market to earn a fixed return.
3. Like what I mentioned in the answer No.2, the team will set quantitative trading strategies to arbitrage from the Bitcoin/Tether market.
