Maybe casinos on the list deserve gradation? Like, black list, red list, orange list based on how certain it is that the casino is bad.

Guys I will not add betking.io because it is dead casino, but I will add Nitrogen based on feedback on their profile.
That doesn't mean it is a scam, but there are some risky when you bet there, and I can't condirm that as I never used them.
