And why exactly is that admins should charge a fee to join the forum? There is already plenty of money from the good old days to pay for everything, and copper memberships come with a fee that does also go there. I honestly don't see a need to do that.

I think you are mixing some stuff up... Why is paying a fee against decentralized ideologies? And what is DT doing in that last sentence?

PS: if this sounds a bit rude/harsh don't take it personally, it's been a long day, I'm about to go to sleep, and thinking in a non native language is a low priority function to my brain right now
