depends on your words above "when the volume high and the price low" thats mean the whales are accumulate the coin
and thats the best time to buy the coins, because we follow the whales and follow the wales is the best strategy for people with low capital

exactly , but you have to be smarter , if they are accumulating the price that means it will go up and down many time , you have two choices , play with the price , buy low and sell high and the other choice is to accumulate with them too .
