Are you not ashamed of not reading carefully the definition? A scam is when someone is trying to trick you of your money, when someone is telling you that obviously the rules of the game are essentially a ponzi scheme in which way is he trying to trick you? Of course someone has to loose in order for someone else to gain, just like in crypto casinos, if nobody was loosing then the casino would close, but they are able to pay mostly because most people loose.

You forgot to mention that this is a scam and you will likely lose your money if no one invests after you invest, and you are so ignorant in telling us that this is a gambling game, I have not seen a dice game here or a slot game here, I have a chance if I deposit my money to Bitvest than your scam site.

This goes agains the definition of a "scam". Scam is when someone is trying totrick you into thinking you are actually investing when you are essentially not. Does gambling come only in dice or slots games? Are you saying you cant bet on something else like if someone else will deposit right after you?

I will explain. gambling is any type of betting. when we bet that X Y Z thing will happen / not happen we are gambling . the definition of gambling is placing bets on something . the bet here is that more people will deposit. In such way this is gambling. Ponzi definition is when people get paid from others deposits and this goes on like a pyramid.
This is not an investment nor unsuspecting. It would be unsuspecting if it was not clearly stated that it is a ponzi. It would be an investment if there was some kind of a revenue (an actual investment - cloud mining lets say) .
If this is a scam then so are crypto casinos.
