Yes, the translation is correct (1). And yes (as I already written), the first so-called translation is really bad (2).
However I advise you don't follow this person's "translation" and make your own from scratch. If you do this I believe that you'll have the chance to get even better wordings since you won't have to follow his structure. For now I feel like you still kept a bit more than you should have done from the bad text
(for example you fixed at least twice "cel platit" with "beneficiarul", but you've missed at least one; this most probably would have not happened if you would have not been trying to fix)So ... leave the crappy one. Just do your own. I am sure it will be much better if you even stop thinking about the previous garbage.
