Have you done proper research and ask those who know if those sites are trusted, I have not seen an investor investing 19 Bitcoin, kinda unbelievable that you put your money to cloud mining sites when cloud mining sites is a thing of the past it has been discussed here thousands of times, go take a poll and 100% of investors will never invest in cloud mining sites.

It's quite weird why OP invested that amount on such platform and I'm doubting if this really happen to him since maybe he is just doing a survey here to see what is the current stand of cloudmining in this forum and promote his own site later on. I hope my though is wrong and OP is pure victim and best to learn and move on.

You would really have having some question in mind that on how they do have lots of btc without even knowing on what theyre investing or making some moves
which had been known to be most scam or not to be profitable at all.

You arent something that dumb if you do own significant amounts and just tend to waste up it on other way.
